Shipping policy

Postage costs to the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding the Channel Islands)

UK Mainland and Northern Ireland orders up to £50 will be subject to our standard postal charge of £3.95. On orders over £50, delivery will be free of charge. Once we have received your order, we will confirm stock availability and advise the dispatch date. If an item needs to be ordered from our suppliers we will advise the expected delivery date. If this date is not suitable we will refund your purchase. We will send your order by Royal Mail Signed for Post, or Next Day (if requested Surcharge applies). We send orders Monday to Saturday. All our deliveries either by Royal Mail or our courier service will require a signature at the requested delivery address.

World wide postage.
Postage costs to the rest of Europe will be up to £15.00 depending on weight of goods. Postage to the USA, Australia,Asia and the rest of the world will be in the region off £20.00 depending on weight of goods purchased. For more information please contact our shop or by email.

Delivery Schedule

We will process your order upon receipt and will send same/next day if possible. Delivery is usually 2/3 days from dispatch. We will keep you advised of any delays by email. Usually Loake shoes take a little longer to dispatch 2/3 days from order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for new stock.
